We aim to please but of course, returns happen. If you’d like to review our policies, let’s get started with the highlights below:
1. All TRASHY GOOD items are available for refund or exchange.
2. Please begin your refund or exchange process within 30 days of receiving your item. Item needs to be unused and in original condition. Please note, return shipping is considered the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. We do not refund the original shipping costs.
4. All orders placed between November 24th and December 24th are eligible for an extended return/exchange window till January 15th. Final Sale items are excluded.
5. All returns are the customer’s responsibility. TRASHY GOODS is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
6. If your returned items arrive back to us broken or damaged in any way, we cannot accept the return.
